The town of Valley Head is located in northeastern DeKalb County in the northeastern corner of Alabama. With 558 residents and a total area of 3.5 square feet, Valley Head is served by County Road 137 bisecting northeast-southwest and State Highway 117 that connects the town with Interstate 59.
